Spice Mart began as an idea to enable customers’ easy access to the high quality herbs and spices to make their culinary experiences unique and exceptional. Organic is the only way forward and therefore our list of products includes certified organic whole foods. Our sources are diverse yet ethical, with no compromise in the authenticity or flavour of the foods.

We supply to both homes and commercial establishments across the UK and Ireland as well as Europe. Our products are created using only the finest quality, fresh ingredients that are natural, safe and organic. Our organic produce is certified by Soil Association, giving you reliability and peace of mind. Spice Mart started 5 years ago and now has a list of dedicated clients who include cafés and gourmet specialists, wellness food shops, vendors, food bloggers and also the humble homemakers. Our products are diverse and cover the entire gamut of the food and flavours industry and include everything from the hot chilli to the humble salt! Our range is energizing with some fascinating finds that are both tasteful and unique to the palate.

Delivery Service

We are committed to ensure quick and speedy delivery of products, as part of our customer satisfaction promise and therefore use the services of only reliable and trustworthy courier services such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and DPD. You can track your order using a tracking number for each delivery, and you can also get the status of your shipment from the website of the carrier. We deliver free all across the UK Mainland within 3-5 days. If you need next date delivery then such a service is possible upon customer request and is chargeable. We try to keep our delivery schedules, however, these dates are approximate, and sometimes you may face delays or early arrivals.

Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned within 28 working days. We will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 28 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. The products must be returned in the original unopened pouch. For hygiene reasons, these products being grocery items cannot be accepted for return if the original packet is open.

For refunds, we will refund the cost of the grocery item in full including delivery but cost of returning the items must be borne by the customer. For orders cancelled after the items has been dispatched from our distribution centre, then we will issue a refund of the Products, minus costs incurred by us in recovering the items back to our distribution centre.
