Products will first be allotted to the orders placed after confirmation that payments have been received. You cannot reserve supply of products on a preference basis.

Economy Delivery:
We cover the cost of P&P for economy delivery .
Standard Delivery:
£3.99 – Standard Delivery 3– 5 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
Express Delivery:
Next Working Day Delivery – Available Monday to Friday:
£6.99 – Next working day delivery (Order before 10am to qualify for next day delivery)
Will usually dispatch within same working day if paid before 10:00 BST (excludes weekends and holidays). Expected dispatch time may vary and is based on seller’s order cut-off time. In the highly unlike event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping then please contact us for a replacement or a full refund.

Parcels weighing below 2 Kg dispatched by Royal Mail and more than 4kg via Hermes, Parcelforce or DPD.

Orders due to be delivered through DPD will have one delivery attempt, following which they will be returned to a local parcel depot, from where you can collect your order. Once your order is at a parcel depot it cannot be redelivered. You must ensure you are available to accept your delivery, or deliver to an address where you can have it accepted. For any changes or delivery instructions can be made on the DPD, Parcelforce and Hermes website.
Orders to the UK Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other Islands
We offer free shipping over £25 and under 2 kg OR over £45 with no weight limit to:
Shetland Islands (ZE Postcode)
Northern Ireland (BT Postcode)
Shipping to Jersey and Guernsey under 2 kg is charged at £3.99.
Isle of Man – Free on orders over £25 and under 2 kg. All orders above 2kg will be charged at £13.49 up to 20kg.
Delivery Exceptions:
Some post codes are excluded from normal delivery times in the UK, so delivery times may be longer than 24 or 48 hours or the service may not be available at all. This is usually taken into account in the estimated time of delivery.
Late Deliveries (UK):
In cases where your order has been delivered late, you may be entitled to a refund on costs. We do not guarantee Standard delivery services and offer refunds only when there has been an unreasonable time delay.
Spice Mart cannot be held accountable for goods delivered late by the courier company. We are accountable to give compensation only if we have signed a guarantee contract for delivery. A law binding contract must be made at least 2 days in advance.
Damaged Orders:
Despite the utmost care, there are times when a package might get damaged during transit. If you receive goods in an unfit state, please refuse delivery and get in touch with us so we can resend your order quickly and report the damage.
Returns and refund policies:
If, for any reason, you are unable to refuse delivery and your goods do not arrive in the expected condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. For a replacement or refund, we require Photographic evidence of damage.
For UK orders, we offer a ‘no-questions asked’ 30 Day Quality Guarantee.
