Mugwort is also known as riverside wormwood, felon herb, chrysanthemum weed, wild wormwood, old Uncle Henry, sailor’s tobacco, naughty man, old man.
To make an infusion, 1-2 tsp of Mugwort Herb pour 250ml of boiling water and infuse covered for 10-15 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes and then strain. Drink in a dose of 20-50 ml several times a day.
