Psyllium Husk

Psyllium Husk , also known as Ispaghula or Isabgol, is a form of natural soluble fibre made from the Plantago ovata plant, a native of India and Pakistan. It has been finely ground into a husk so can be conveniently added to drinks and easily mixes with food.

DIRECTIONS: Some healthcare professionals recommend taking 1 teaspoon of Psyllium Husks two or three times per day mixed with water or juice. It is important to maintain adequate fluid intake while using Psyllium.
