Senna Pods

Senna Pods are a fantastic product to add to your cupboard, they are used in a medicinal way and can also make a healthy, aromatic herbal tea.
Coming from the Fabaceae family, these senna pods have been used in for a number of years in medicine as a product which is used to alleviate the feeling of constipation as it acts on the lower bowel without the need for medication.
These pods are fantastic ingredient to make a herbal tea, to get the best out of the pods, steep no more than 1-2 grams and leave in hot water for a maximum of 10 mins and add a sweetner to your taste.

Directions:

To get the perfect cup of tea every time, brew in a pot, infuser or tea press and steep for 10 to 15 minutes depending on desired strength.

For an even more inviting cup of tea, feel free to add lemon or honey.
