Organic Whole Cloves smell simply amazing. Everyone has a smell memory attached to cloves – usually to do with baking or Christmas. We remember school Christmas services with cloves pushed into fresh oranges.
Cloves are actually buds of flowers from the Myrtaceae family which are native to Indonesia. Our cloves are dried using warm air with no other processing.
Have you ever tried making your own mulled wine? It is a delicious way to get in the mood for Christmas. Cloves can also be used in a whole range of aromatic dishes, sweet and savoury.
