Cardamom Seeds are from the plant which is from the ginger family, they can come in many varieties and have characteristic tastes which include a citrus and herby flavour.
These seeds are from green cardamom pods but are light brown/black in colour. They are full of vitamins and minerals which are vital towards your daily diet, cardamom goes really well with lentils, rice, teas and even a vast range of baked goods.
