Cardamom Seeds are great for adding to authentic tasting homemade curries, try toasting them to bring out the natural flavours before adding them to your recipes. Cardamom Seeds are from the plant which is from the ginger family, they can come in many varieties and have characteristic tastes which include a citrus and herby flavour.

These seeds are from green cardamom pods but are light brown/black in colour. They are full of vitamins and minerals which are vital towards your daily diet, cardamom goes really well with lentils, rice, teas and even a vast range of baked goods.
