These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any orders placed with Spice Mart (Company No. 12397320, VAT Registration Number 340387509), registered at 7 Constitution Hill, Unit 19, Matrix House, Leicester, LE1 1PL, United Kingdom. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, weights, and images as accurately as possible. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images shown due to display settings or supplier changes. All products are subject to availability.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of order.
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £20, using trusted couriers including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and DPD. Standard delivery within UK Mainland typically takes 3–5 working days; next-day delivery is available on request for an additional charge. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
You may return most products within 30 days of receipt. Grocery items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, for hygiene reasons. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund, including the original delivery cost, within a reasonable time. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, we may deduct our reasonable costs of recovering the item from any refund due.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, except where goods are perishable, sealed for hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery, or made to your specification.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity carried out through your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
