Agar Agar Powder is obtained from red seaweed and its gel-like nature makes it an excellent vegetarian source of gelatin. It is used in Asian cuisine and is valued for its strong setting properties, neutral taste, and versatility. This has a fine powdery texture which dissolves easily and sets firmly, perfect for jellies, puddings, custards, cakes and other desserts. It works with both salty or sweet dishes without compromising the original taste. If you are vegan or vegetarian, this powder is perfect for your cooking and baking. Order today!
May contain traces of milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
