Indian cooking is incomplete without the defining flavour of asafoetida or hing used along with Jeera, methi seeds or other spices. It is mostly used as a tempering to add flavour and prevent gastric conditions. Hing, a yellowish colored powder, is obtained by grinding the potent hing crystal. It is an important ingredient of many mixed powders and brings warmth to dishes. It is also used in soups and a variety of cuisines. Our asafoetida powder is fragrant, pungent and comes to you in Zip lock stand up Aluminium doypack pouches to retain freshness.
May contain traces of milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
Rice flour, gum arabic, asafoetida, turmeric, wheat flour.
