Grown and dried in sustainable farms, they can be used as flakes, ground or chopped to release their hot and spicy flavour in dishes. Popular in Indian, Thai and oriental dishes, our Bird's Eye chillies are high quality and have no colourants. If you like your curry spicy, add this small but powerful in taste chilli for a fiery kick.
