Black Eyed Beans or cowpeas are extremely nutritious, fiber-rich legumes. They have a cream-color and a black "eye" which is easy to spot. They have a mild flavour and soft texture when cooked which allows them to absorb spices nicely. To cook them faster, they are generally soaked for a few hours in water. This makes them swell up in size and reduce cooking time. Our black eyed beans are rich in complex carbs, protein, fibre, and essential minerals and are top quality, try today!
