Get this in dried form from Spicemart which is an excellent ingredient for seasoning blends and baking. With a clean, citrus lift, minus excess acidity, our dried lemon peel can be used in both sweet and savoury preparations. Drying the peel locks in its essential oils, retaining all of the fresh, zesty character of the rind. It adds sharpness to savoury dishes and can be used in desserts for balancing the sweet taste. Add to cakes, biscuits, marinades, or spice blends for a clean, citrus lift without excess acidity.
