Kali jeeri or Black Cumin has a bitter, earthy flavour and strong aroma. Although its use in the kitchen is limited due to its bitter taste, it is a very common ingredient in traditional masalas and herbal preparations. We sell this in hygienic packs, that won't give you any freshens issues if stored under proper conditions. This special ingredient is ideal for those who enjoy authentic Indian cooking and want to experiment with bold, traditional flavours in a controlled and balanced way. It has a lot of medicinal value and is a known blood purifier.
Sealed product is handled on premises that processes milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
