One of our most versatile dehydrated onion products - produced from quality, mature, selected, hand-harvested, clean onions which are free from damage. The best onions are used, air dried and sieved to produce our dehydrated kibbled onions. Immensely convenient, our Dried Onion can be added directly to soups, stews , casseroles, curries and savoury rice's. When sufficient water is added they rehydrate and give you all the benefits of freshly cut onions. Spice Mart opinion flakes are a practical solution for busy kitchens, with the same taste as fresh onions.
Sealed product is handled on premises that processes milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.

Was a bit unsure but glad I ordered it. Packaging could be slightly better but the contents were fine. Would recommend.
Absolutely delighted with this. Used it in a curry the same day it arrived and the difference was noticeable straight away. Five stars, no hesitation.
