Madras Curry Powder (Hot) is a spice mix which has a hot, tasty profile. Carefully selected spices such as chilli, turmeric, coriander, and cumin are mixed to give out a deep, aromatic curry powder to prepare South Indian style curries. It can be used to prepare vegetables, meat and lentil dishes, and gives a strong and authentic taste every time. It takes away the hassle of buying these species separately and also saves time in the kitchen. With a kick of heat and a rich, earthy undertone, you get a spicy, flavorful feast, which the whole family will love!
