These come without any colours, preservatives or fillers and can be easily sprouted and can be added to a number of preparations or added to yoghurt for enhancing the vitamin and mineral content of the dish. These are available all-through the year and their nutty and slightly bitter taste complements many kinds of dips, soups, and salads.
