Spice Mart Organic Cinnamon offers the five foundational flavors of sweet, sour, bitter, salty, and umami. Made from organic farm-sourced ingredients, it usually is a mix of star anise, cloves, Chinese cinnamon, Sichuan pepper, and fennel. It is nutrient-dense, and preservative-free staple for Asian cooking. This traditional seasoning blend combines sweet, savoury, warming, and aromatic flavours into one spice mix which is ready to use. Nothing else is needed when making stir-fries, marinades, noodles, rice and other dishes.
Sealed product is handled on premises that processes milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
