Psyllium, or Isabgol is the common name used for several members of the plant genus Plantago, the seeds of which are used commercially for the production of mucilage. The plant has long, narrow leaves and contains both soluble fibre and insoluble fiber. Psyllium is used as a dietary fiber to relieve constipation, treat piles and ulcers and mild diarrhoea, and occasionally as a cooling agent as well. Spicemart supplies all natural healthy and natural Psyllium Husk that has been responsibly sourced. At Spice Mart, we believe that organic food production is one way to reduce our individual impact on the world and so we are doing our bit.
Sealed product is handled on premises that processes milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.

Pretty happy with this purchase. Packaging could be slightly better but the contents were fine. Happy enough to order again.
Was a bit unsure but glad I ordered it. Does the job in most of my recipes. Good value overall.
Pretty happy with this purchase. Flavour is good, though not quite as strong as I expected. Happy enough to order again.
This exceeded my expectations. The flavour is so much better than what I've had from the supermarket. Five stars, no hesitation.
This exceeded my expectations. Used it in a curry the same day it arrived and the difference was noticeable straight away. Already recommended it to my family.
Been using Spice Mart for a year now and this is one of my favourites. Fresh, fragrant, and clearly good quality. Will definitely be ordering again.
Nothing special but nothing wrong either. Packaging was basic. Would consider other options first.
I've reordered this three times now. Used it in a curry the same day it arrived and the difference was noticeable straight away. Five stars, no hesitation.

Solid quality for the price. Delivery took a couple of days longer than hoped, but the product itself is fine. No real complaints.
