Our peppers come from quality plants and are highly nutritious, low-calorie vegetables, rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, and beta-carotene. This dried form of the fresh Red Bell pepper offers a sweet, mild and fruity peppery taste and lacks strong chilli heat normally associated with other peppers. It is ideal for soups, sauces, pasta, rice dishes, stews, omelettes and vegetable dishes. It is often used to add colour and natural sweetness. This dried form means it can be preserved for long. It can be rehydrated in warm water or lightlly roasted in oil to release its full flavour and then added to your cooking. Our peppers are natural and suitable for everyday use, flavourful and with many health benefits.
