White Rice Flour is a fine flour made from milled rice. It finds use in both sweet and savoury preparations. A good substitute for wheat flour, this white rice flour is gluten-free and easy to digest. It is also used as a thickening agent, in pancakes, dosas, idlis and rice rotis.
