Buy bright Blue colour from Spice Mart. A superb baking and decorative ingredient, this colour is useful in creating cakes, cookies, icing in Blue. It has no flavour of its own so adapts to the flavour of the main ingredients. It’s an absolute must-have in a food connoisseur’s pantry. Our Royal Blue Food Colour gives preparations a desirable colour. It must be added slowly and mixed thoroughly, as a little colour can go a long way. Store in air-tight containers, away from heat.
Sealed product is handled on premises that processes milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.

Been using Spice Mart for a year now and this is one of my favourites. Used it in a curry the same day it arrived and the difference was noticeable straight away. Already recommended it to my family.
This is exactly what a spice should taste like. Delivery was quick and the packaging kept everything fresh. Already recommended it to my family.

Absolutely delighted with this. The flavour is so much better than what I've had from the supermarket. Highly recommend to anyone who cooks regularly.
