Galangal is similar to ginger in taste, it looks like ginger and also belongs to the same family. In many dishes it can easily replace ginger with its slightly bitter and mild taste. It is a root herbthat can be eaten fresh or cooked and adds an unmistakable flavour to Thai, Chinese, and Malaysian dishes. Spice Mart are passionate about ethical, healthy and natural products that have been responsibly sourced and ensure we provide this to our customers.
Sealed product is handled on premises that processes milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.

Solid quality for the price. Flavour is good, though not quite as strong as I expected. Would recommend.
Been using Spice Mart for a year now and this is one of my favourites. Delivery was quick and the packaging kept everything fresh. Highly recommend to anyone who cooks regularly.
Can't fault this at all. Packaging was sealed properly and arrived in perfect condition. Worth every penny.
Good product overall. Packaging could be slightly better but the contents were fine. Would recommend.
This is exactly what a spice should taste like. Used it in a curry the same day it arrived and the difference was noticeable straight away. Already recommended it to my family.
My go-to for this now. Delivery was quick and the packaging kept everything fresh. Five stars, no hesitation.

Was a bit unsure but glad I ordered it. Delivery took a couple of days longer than hoped, but the product itself is fine. No real complaints.
