A baking essential, Bicarbonate of Soda, is equally useful in other cooking activities. It is used as a natural raising agent, helping items to become light and fluffy in texture. It is essential to make fluffy cakes, cookies, soft chole and rajmah. Besides a tenderiser, it is also a mild cleaner, used with white vinegar to remove stains from delicate items without damage. You don’t need to use much-just a pinch. This must-have ingredient is used for a variety of culinary needs.
May contain traces of milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
