Our Green cardamom pods or Elaichi are sweet and aromatic and are usually added to curries and rice dishes along with other whole spices like cloves and cumin. Added for its typical fragrance to enhance the flavour, these can be stored for months in airtight jars. Originated from Kerala, Spice Mart green cardamoms are a premium spice widely used in Indian and Middle Eastern cooking. If you are looking to buy cardamom pods online in the UK, these whole pods offer maximum freshness and flavour.
May contain traces of milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
