Moong Beans from Spice Mart are high-quality whole green gram, used in Indian cooking mainly as dal. Whether you are making a curry or even a salad, our high quality beans lend the dish a mild flavour and soft texture. Sourced from the best farms, beans are selected, cleaned and packed for quality. You can use them whole or in sprouted form. Sprouting makes them very nutritious which can then be used in preparing different dishes.
Sealed product is handled on premises that processes milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
