Organic Cassia Broken finds herbal and culinary use. Its sweet-spicy cinnamon-like aroma makes it a popular ingredient in kitchens around the world. Organic Cassia broken bark pieces powder can be used in infusing sweetness into teas, curries, rice dishes, desserts, and other recipes. Although, like cinnamon, it is also obtained from bark, it has a stronger, more robust flavour than cinnamon. The product is 100% Organic Certified by Soil Association and can be used by Vegans & Vegetarians, completely natural with no added chemicals or preservatives.
Sealed product is handled on premises that processes milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.

Been using Spice Mart for a year now and this is one of my favourites. Fresh, fragrant, and clearly good quality. Five stars, no hesitation.
Pretty happy with this purchase. Flavour is good, though not quite as strong as I expected. Happy enough to order again.
Good product overall. Flavour is good, though not quite as strong as I expected. No real complaints.

My go-to for this now. The aroma when you open the bag is incredible. Will definitely be ordering again.

It's fine. Took a little while to arrive. Would consider other options first.
I've reordered this three times now. Used it in a curry the same day it arrived and the difference was noticeable straight away. Highly recommend to anyone who cooks regularly.
Pretty happy with this purchase. Good quantity for the price. Would recommend.
Average experience overall. Flavour is a bit milder than I expected. Might try a different brand next time.
Was a bit unsure but glad I ordered it. Delivery took a couple of days longer than hoped, but the product itself is fine. Would recommend.
Works well for what I needed. Flavour is good, though not quite as strong as I expected. No real complaints.
