Our superior quality Organic Ground Fenugreek or Methi is yellowish, bitter tasting powder. The seeds are produced on flower heads of plants grown in completely natural ways. The seeds are then finely ground to a powder which has a bitter flavour and warming qualities. The powder is used in curries and can be mixed into milk, and flour. It is nutritionally dense and has a robust flavour that works particularly well in Indian, Middle Eastern and North African cuisine. It is believed to regulate blood sugar, aid digestion, and lower cholesterol. Mixing it into a paste with curd or water is a popular hair and scalp treatment that combats dandruff and prevents hair fall.
Sealed product is handled on premises that processes milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
