Spice Mart’s kamarkus or edible gum is extracted from the bark of the Palas tree, a species of South Asia. The Gum has no taste of its own but is known for its use in postnatal and energy-boosting recipes. It is widely cultivated throughout parts of Asia and has been an integral in the spice trade for thousands of years. It can be used fried which makes it puffs up, creating a unique, crunchy texture, preferred in laddoos and desserts. SpiceMart Kamarkus has all the nourishing and pain relieving properties of the gum, order today and start the preparation for your traditional dishes.
Sealed product is handled on premises that processes milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), cereals, celery, soya & gluten.
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.

Works well for what I needed. Delivery took a couple of days longer than hoped, but the product itself is fine. Would recommend.
